I reckon their distribution hub is in Sweden, and I've faced a few hiccups with UPS and the customs process while bringing my order in (but, you know, that's just Brexit for ya!).

I've been in touch with Gents.co.uk throughout, and they've been quick and pleasant in their replies - it's just UPS that has put a bit of a damper on my experience. But hey, I'm not here to critique UPS or Boris' deals with the EU, so I'm giving Gents a solid 5 stars.

I recently bought a watch from this place and discovered some moisture inside it. I sent it back, but now they ain't responding to my emails. Plus, their phone number seems to be out of service, so just a heads up before you decide to buy anything from them.

Awesome service! I placed a large order and it arrived in just 3 days to the UK. They kept me in the loop about the delivery. Everything was well-packaged and the price was fantastic. Shop with trust. I'll definitely be back for more!

I placed an order as a gift for my dad and thought I could change the shipping address later after entering my payment info. First problem: You can't switch the shipping address, so everything goes to the address tied to your payment method.

I reached out to customer support through their web form and also sent an email, asking them to send it to a different address.

Second problem: After two business days, I finally heard back from a customer service rep (Zendesk), who said the order had already been sent to my home address instead of the one I wanted.

While they have a decent selection of products at fair prices, gents.com really drops the ball on customer service, both in terms of order handling and fulfillment.

I won't be shopping here again.
